About That Action: NFL Gambling Picks Week 4

By F-Tank

I still have such a sour taste in my mouth from Monday night. I took the over in the Ravens-Chiefs game at 54.5 and the game ended 34-20 because Harrison Butker decided to miss a field goal and an extra point, four points that were taken from us. But that’s gambling baby!

I have decided to not put a number on the amount of games I pick. I am picking numbers and matchups that look appealing to me. The play/parlay of the day will be here weekly however. Also, there is a special PSA with a key stat to Monday nights game at the bottom. (Picks Via Bovada).

P.O.D.

Arizona Cardinals -3.5

I decided I’m taking the Cardinals and the Packers almost every week. This week is no different. I will gladly lay 3.5 points on Arizona with the Panthers defense letting up 30+ points in two out of three of their games this year. Kyler Murray bounces back and continues his quiet MVP run while putting up 30+ points in the process.

Chicago Bears +3

I am still not sold on Indy yet. Two weeks ago the Colts put up 36 points on the Jets. Pretty good right? Well, 16 of those points were courtesy of a safety and two defensive touchdowns. Only a mere two offensive touchdowns against New York and the Minnesota Vikings each. Let's not forget they lost to the Jaguars too. The Bears are riding high with their new gunslinger, Nick Foles, under center. Give me the Bears and the points at home and feel free to play the Money line as well.

Baltimore Ravens Team Total OVER 30.5

Realistically the Ravens can flirt with a 50 burger in this game. I can’t possibly see anyone on the Washington defense contain the Big Truss offense. No Chase Young in this game means that the defense is in for a long day. Expect a huge outing from Jackson and maybe an appearance from WFT legend RGIII.

Philadelphia Eagles +7.5

This is a must win game for Wentz and the Birds. Wentz’s job is safe (I hope) but he wants to silence the media and perform; feel free to sprinkle in some of the ML sitting at a cool +275. Wentz is due for a big game and this is it, even without his entire receiving corp.

Parlay of the Day: (+322)

Seahawks ML, Cardinals -3.5, Cowboys ML

My parlays are meant to be on the safer side while also having some pretty solid odds. I'll occasionally throw in a Hail Mary parlay…..somewhere down the line.

PSA

The total for the Falcons and Packers game is set at 58 points. Betting totals of 57.5 or higher are 7-1 in favor of the over since 2006. Both teams are more than capable of putting up 30 points each. This is a very high number so tread lightly; but who roots for the under nowadays?

Let’s have a week and hit for big money in Week 4!
